  I h ave just visited Dan Murphy's Middle ParkSumner. It is pouring rain today so parked as close to the doors as possible. As I ran to the store I tried to grab a trolley on my way past that were stacked just outside the door. With my existing damaged shoulder I grabbed the handle of the trolley only to discover in horror that some genius has chained the trolleys up. I kept going but the trolley stuck hence wrenching my bad shoulder which has now left me in pain. When I mentioned it to staff no one seemed particularly interested and said they chained the trolleys to stop people putting trolleys back. No signage no apology and I have been left in pain. May I suggest that the genius who thinks this was a good idea maybe think and perhaps put up a sign to warn others who may have damaged shoulders. As a long time customer I am very disappointed in the overall attitude and general stupidity to allow your customers to injure themselves.
